Newly renovated basement bedroom with furniture; The location is good. It's only 20 sec walk away from the bus stop. And It only takes 7 mins drive to UTM, 20 mins to UTM by bus. 2 mins drive or 10 mins walk to Costco. 3 mins drive to Shoppers. 2 mins drive to Popeyes and 4 mins drive to McDonald's. You can almost get everything within 5 mins drive or 10 minutes' walk. It has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom in the basement. Public area will be shared with two other female roommates.
We only accept long term lease for now. Utilities are included. Reference will be required. And one room is for one person.
This place would be great for you if you are quiet, responsible, easy-going and enjoy a clean place to stay. No smoking or pets pls.
