It is mechanically gated so your vehicle is never exposed to the general public.

It is HEATED in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.

It is secure and has security guards that walk around and make sure vehicles are safe.

Clearance is 6'2 or 1.82m

Less than a 5 minutes walk to the University of Winnipeg, Portage Place, Winnipeg Art Gallery & Hudson's Bay.

*IMPORTANT* - The entrance is system locked 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday while the exit gate is operational 24/7 so you must plan your schedule accordingly. You may leave your vehicle overnight for example, but you cannot access it again until 6:00am the next day.

$160 / month between 1-6 months

$150 / month for any periods longer than 6 months

Parking pass will require a $100 deposit and will be returned in full once the parking pass is returned.

Monthly e-transfer is preferred but can meet periodically if necessary.
