He is a super nice guy: a retired music teacher who likes to relax, talk movies and post songs on YouTube! He is looking for either a student, graduate, or a working professional for approximately a one year lease.

No pets, no smoking and no incense. No overnight guests. He encourages health and fitness and is actually willing to pay your monthly gym membership (Planet Fitness) for one year, which is about 3 stops away or a 20 minute walk! The location is very ideal: you can get buses to Christie, Dupont, St. Clair, Bloor St. St. George and Spadina subway stations. All of these bus stops are a 4 minute walk away.

Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, schools ie. George Brown College (Casa Loma Campus), Dufferin Mall etc…There's a female cleaner who comes once a week to clean all the common areas, so you just have to take care of your own room.

I've added pictures of the room, there's a nice deck out back where you can do bbq's and gardening and, there's lots of musical instruments in the house if you're into that! Also there's a chill porch in the front and a house bike available anytime!

House entertainment includes Netflix, a large screen smart tv with Free unlimited high speed internet . The bed is Queen size medium to firm mattress. And there is plenty of closet space and central A/C as well as a portable A/C in the room. There is also a desk for working and studying and a dresser for clothes!

The kitchen and bathrooms are shared with the other housemates. The kitchen has a fresh grind coffee machine, a Vitamix blender, an indoor bbq, and an herb garden.
