We are located just off of Somerset C-train Station, 1 minute drive from Stoney Trail and Macleod trail. A block away from YMCA, Wendy's, Tim Hortons. 1 minute driving distance from gas stations, Walmart, Safeway, Co-Op and other variety stores. We are also located about 5 minutes drive from the Urgent care, 15/20 minutes C-train ride from Chinook Mall and 8/10 minutes C-Train ride away from South Land Mall. At Somerset Pointe we offer spacious one and two bedroom suites with large balconies, in suite laundry, maintenance onsite, 24 hour emergency hotline and friendly customer service.

Cats and dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed. We require a $300 non refundable pet fee for the first pet and $200 fee for the second pet, plus a $30 monthly pet rent.

If you decide you love the suite when you see it, we would require a $750 Security Deposit (amount may vary dependent on the credit check results) plus $25 application fee for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the suite to process your application.
