The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by “going the extra mile” to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner. This position involves initiative in organizing our warehouse for success by providing shipping, receiving and client pick-up support for front end sales.
Xenali is ramping up for growth in the commercial, industrial and hospitality furniture marketplace. We are committed to providing a team environment which will assist in growing and developing your career and leveraging your existing knowledge, skills and abilities.
Normal operational hours are from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Project-related service and installation may require attendance after-hours or weekends.

Role Description:
On a on-demand requirement, augment the Xenali team to perform warehouse duties, assemble furniture and lockers and assist with onsite installation of furniture. Successful candidates may be considered for future full-time opportunities.

Position Details:
• Handle and reconcile incoming shipments
• Perform quality assurance inspections
• Verify incoming and outgoing order quality and quantities
• Label orders for shipping
• Maintain and organize warehouse stock
• Maintaining an impeccably organized warehouse

Position Requirements:
• Excellent attendance and work record
• Strong attention to detail – good mathematical skills are required
• Forklift certification, preferred
• Ability to work with small power tools, previous related experience preferred
• Ability to work with and cooperate with other warehouse personnel
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to prepare for and anticipate customer needs and provide amazing service
• Physical capacity to perform medium to heavy lifting (Max. 50 lbs. unassisted)
• Drivers license, preferred

Experience:
• Prior work experience in warehouse/distribution environment is preferred
