Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our facility. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment and systems.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance principles
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various systems and equipment
- Experience with low voltage systems and logic controllers
- Ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
