Hi. We are Terry and Betty, retired professionals (CA, Lab Tech) and live-in landlords of our 3 floor, walkup, 18 suite apartment building in a good district. We have extensively renovated this 2nd level suite which has a dishwasher, an air conditioner and other modern appliances and blinds. We rent to only non-smokers, almost always to only 1 person, who has no pets and agrees to not party in the building. Our preferred tenant has at least part time, stable work and income. There is recent, new vinyl plank flooring except in the bedroom and living room. Besides a new balcony, patio doors, there is a walk-in bedroom closet and large storage closet. The security deposit is also $1,250 with $500 due with your application and the balance due before you move in. There are two modern washers and two dryers on the lower level at $2 per load (our cost). Our facilities are not suitable for children.
