The kitchen is full of normal appliances and microwave. There is also free laundry included.

We keep the common rooms reasonably tidy and vacuum.
I highly prefer a non-smoker ( no cigarettes) and want no 420 smoking in the room.
The patio is your oasis.

There's a hallway door that gives you extra privacy from the living room ( you are furthest from the living room) and other bedroom.

The bedroom includes mattress, ample shelf space, end table, lamp and 2 chairs.

The bamboo plant needs water every 5 days or so.
