I have a Ford E-250 Cargo van that has been well maintained. Took it over from an HVAC company who performed regular maintenance on it every couple months. Has a new battery, new tires, new plugs, new struts and CV joints, etc. Runs fantastic, ZERO leaks, starts up in -30C days, shifts smoothly, runs great overall. Has tons of life left in her. It has installed 3/4" birch plywood along the floor of the van, as well as a professional quality metal rack on the one side. It makes for a great camper van also, contractor van, vacation vehicle, we have a mattress frame that sits over the wheel wells and can fit a Queen sized mattress, even with the metal shelving in. Can include the mattress and frame if the price is right. Has a high quality roof rack for ladders etc.
