Here we've got a beauty Furnished bedroom in a shared house of 4 rooms total. This is on the upper level of a 3 level house. Utilities and Wifi included.

Your bedroom is about 9'6" x 11ft in size and comes with a closet. Your view is out on the backyards, and with a park across the street. So fancy!

You got other young adults for roommates: an engineer, a social worker, and a welder. Typically quiet house, occasionally a few guests are over for board game nights. Often cooking up a storm of various meals. Occasional movie in the living room. Shared living room, with huge dining table suitable for study too, or even ping pong. I did mention we have some game nights. =)
We keep the house clean, so you should keep dishes clean after yourself too.

Just 1 bus ride #1 or #5 to downtown, to McMaster Uni, to St Peters or St Josephs hospitals. All major amenities nearby, Metro, Beer, LCBO, park, bar, Shawarma, Indian restaurant, etc.
