Laundry in the basement. I have my own TV, table, chair and kitchen stuff. You can use them but please keep them in the same condition.
Landlord is a nice woman and she prefers a Korean or Japanese girl. Priority is giving to these nationalities.
2 minute walk to Loblaws, Wendy's, other restaurants and bars. About 5 minute walk to Chinatown. 15 minute streetcar ride to the Eaton Centre.
Utilities and internet are all included.
