working local? We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Person to assist with
the upkeep of our apartment buildings in the local area. This position offers flexible
hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and being hands on.

RESPONSIBILITES:
 Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, painting
and carpentry repairs.
 Respond promptly maintenance request and emergencies, including evenings &
weekends.
 Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
proactively
 Assist with minor renovations and upgrades as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
 Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
 Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks independently
 Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
 Availability for on-call duty as emergencies may arise.
