Delivery Driver / Furniture Installer of Office Products

Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30 am- 4:00 pm
Pay: 19.50 per/hour plus bonus
Simcoe Office Delivery & Installation is looking for amazing, dependable, and motivated office supply deliver drivers to join our team. We are family owned and consider our delivery staff as the most important team members representing us to our customers.
We're working to be the most customer-centric company Simcoe County and surrounding area. We are constantly looking to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered where and when they need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.
This position is full-time and is weekdays only. Opportunity exists to advance to a management position.
We offer competitive compensation along with bonus ‘s for on-time deliveries.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate our vehicles to make deliveries within our delivery area.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers!
3. always Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
4. Adhere to traffic and transportation laws and regulations.
5. Keep track of deliveries and report any discrepancies or issues to the dispatcher.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of our vehicle.
7. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
8. Requirements: one. Valid driver's license.
9. Ability to lift and carry packages of assorted sizes. Up to 50 lbs.
10. Good with various tools to assemble office furniture.
11. Strong time management and organizational skills.
12. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
13. Use hand-held device for routing information and customer delivery information.
14. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
15. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
16. Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
17. You'll interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
