Certified Candian University Educated Healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health, addiction, counselling, advocacy and housing and other supports to people leaving with disabilities and diverse physical and emotional challenges.
I am offering home visits with a wide range of suppprt including physical and mental health, nutrition, exersise and movement therapy, recreational activities and more. I provide community supports such as medical appointments, companionship, grocery shopping , leisure, rehabilitation and exersise activity. I work with clients of all ages: pediatric to geriatric. I am also offering talk therapy, relationship and family counselling, life skills coaching, addiction and mental health counselling, weight-loss and holistic modalities.
4 minimum hours for home and community care. Rate 32 per hour, transportation fees in Kitchener and surrounding areas are included.
