Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Assist with billing as needed
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
- Experience with front desk operations, including managing phone systems and scheduling appointments
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Med Access
Part time 15-20hrs per week
