**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in airless paint spraying techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality finishes and a meticulous attention to detail, particularly in kitchen cabinetry refinishing.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough preparation work on kitchen cabinetry surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and priming, to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.
- Utilize airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint coatings efficiently and evenly on kitchen cabinetry, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Monitor paint application to achieve desired color, coverage, and texture, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain and clean paint spraying equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional painting, with a focus on airless paint spraying techniques.
- Proven expertise in surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and priming, particularly for kitchen cabinetry refinishing projects.
- Proficiency in operating airless paint spraying equipment and tools, with a strong understanding of paint application techniques and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, while adhering to project deadlines and requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the painting industry.
