9th Generation-256 Gigs-17.3.1 version. Two women at work convinced me that I needed this for when the power goes out to watch movies. I needed it once. At 64 years of age I recently got my very first cell phone,(ya, I know), and the Ipad is not needed. Comes with case and charger as you can see, and a screen protector installed by Best Buy that you can't see. Price is firm. I'd rather give it away to one of my children than give it away to a stranger. Cheers!
