Support Worker for adult woman - Calgary

Looking for a professional, mature, body able, very reliable and caring person to
support a woman living with a chronic condition. Creating a clean, efficient, organized supportive environment for this person and supporting them in a variety of tasks of daily living in a positive and professional manner.

Job duties: Homemaking, cooking, driving and limited personal care.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading);
Post Secondary education required: A Diploma or equivalent in human services.
Minimum 2 years' experience providing support for patients with chronic illness;
Must have a valid class 5 driver's license, their own vehicle
Police clearance and clean drivers abstract required upon interview; and
Valid First Aid and CPR

Start Date: immediately
Hours: Approx. 10 - 20 hours per week, pending needs.
Location: Shawnessy, SW Calgary
Wage: $22 per hour (negotiable)
