Position Overview: We are currently looking for a full-time Butcher to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume butcher shop and possess the skills necessary to deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. This position offers either 5 or 6 days per week, providing ample opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently and safely prepare cuts of meat according to customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and fulfilling special requests
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a butcher in a high-volume environment
Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cuts of meat
