Description: As a full-time Garden Center Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, and outdoor decor. Your duties will include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, watering plants, and providing excellent customer service. You will also help customers with landscaping advice, plant care tips, and product recommendations. Additionally, you may assist with receiving shipments, pricing merchandise, and participating in seasonal promotions and events. This role requires a passion for gardening, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
