I'm looking to sublet my fully-furnished large one bedroom apartment in downtown Victoria/Fernwood from approximately May 1 until August 31. Dates are somewhat flexible.

The building is quite and only has five other kind people living in it who keep to themselves.

You can quickly walk or bike to anywhere downtown. It's a five minute walk to the grocery store. The unit is on the top floor of the building, and there is only one other person who lives on the top floor. It has everything you need to live in it.

Full bathroom and full kitchen. There's laundry in the building.
