Title: Red Seal/Site Supervisor/Level 4 Carpenter

Are you a seasoned carpenter with leadership skills? We're seeking a Site Supervisor Carpenter and Level 2,3, & 4 Carpenters to join our team. As a pivotal leader, you'll bridge between our Operations Director and Foremen, overseeing renovation projects' progress on-site. Your mission? Ensure efficiency, client satisfaction, and team morale.

Responsibilities:

A. On-site Progress Oversight:
- Regular site visits to monitor project advancement and adherence to plans.
- Coordinate with Foremen to align on tasks and project timelines.
- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.

B. Client Satisfaction:
- Engage with clients, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Ensure the final product meets client specifications and industry standards.

C. Team Management and Morale:
- Motivate and guide on-site teams to ensure high morale and performance.
- Address personnel issues, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Provide feedback to the Operations Director on team performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
