The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner with strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills. Collaboration with onsite family physicians is integral to our approach, and candidates must be in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists. What We Offer: - Part-time position (available daytime hours between 9 am and 5 pm), 3 days per week with strong opportunity to build caseload and increase hours in the next 3 months following our partnership with a medical clinic next door. - Flexible hours - Competitive salary (45-55% split based on qualifications and experience) - One on one patient care - No MVAs or WSIBs - Most of the caseload consists of 60-minute assessments and 45-60 minute follow-up sessions. - Full caseload available for transfer to the successful candidate. - Private treatment room for personalized care. - Opportunity to receive one-on-one mentorship in manual therapy, neurofunctional movement screening, electroacupuncture (McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture), and Hypermobility and EDS-specific rehabilitation. - Co-treatment opportunities with lead PT, who brings 6 years of experience.
