Job Title: Barber Stylist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Barber Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, possess excellent barbering skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Barber Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and hair styling.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques to offer the latest styles to clients.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their visit.
Uphold health and safety standards, following sanitation procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barber Stylist or similar role.
Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques and styles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A valid barbering license issued by the state regulatory board.
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications or training in specific barbering techniques or styles.
Experience using a variety of barbering tools and equipment.
Strong portfolio showcasing past work and styles.
