Wages: $26.15/hr
Other benefits: 2weeks paid vacation or 4% vacation pay, Dental & Health care benefit after probationary term
Work hours: 30-35 hours/week (30hr/w is secured every week.)
Start Date: as soon as possible

Job duties:

• Calculate and prepare for payroll
• Keep financial records and maintain ledgers for multiple business accounts in excel and Quickbooks
• Reconcile petty cash accounts and organize receipts
• Prepare financial reports for directors
• Prepare GST return and monthly statement of account for source deductions (PD7A)

Employment requirement for the position:

• College diploma in accounting.
• 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
