Job Description:
We saw a TED Talk once that said door-to-door marketing is one of the best ways to grow when it comes to overcoming our inherent fear of failure. And honestly we believe it! As a team we aim to get great results, interact with interesting and kind customers and keep the vibe light and fun while out knocking on doors. If you're an energetic and motivated and consider yourself a strong communicator, we'd love to have you join our door-to-door marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers predominantly in the High Park / Bloor West area of Toronto. This is a results-based position with the potential for high earnings and upwards mobility based on your performance.

Compensation for Results:
* $20.00 per lead generated
* $25.00 per appointment set up with a customer
* $15.50 per hour if you get no results (our average team member gets at minimum a lead an hour)
* Commission pay awarded if/when clients book projects

Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door marketing activities to connect with homeowners who require any interior or exterior painting or staining
* Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Generate leads and gather relevant customer information
* Drop promotional flyers
* Set up estimate appointments with interested customers
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for leads and appointments - Bonuses available for achieving / exceeding targets
* Represent our company with integrity and professionalism

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation
* Reliable transportation
* Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
