Australian Sheepskin Apparel requires an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to start immediately
The position includes a variety of administrative duties as well as accounting. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Qualifications: Proficient with QuickBooks, excellent computer and keyboarding skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Shopify experience, pleasant and professional telephone reception, self-motivated and able to multitask in a busy work environment, great written and verbal communication skills, experience with shipping and receiving.
Job Duties (To include but not limited to): Enter data into QuickBooks, answer telephone, customer service via email, shipping and receiving orders, prepare bank deposits, process accounts receivable and payable, maintain and balance various accounts, reconcile and prepare trial balance of books, journal entries, preparation of tax documents, payroll, records management.
