AutoQuest Trailers, a local family-owned business in Winnipeg, MB, is hiring! We're looking for a full-time Trailer Service, Warranty and Parts Advisor with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and commitment to grow and develop. Duties and requirements include:

- Greet customers promptly.
- Accurately obtain, document and update customer and trailer information.
- Review trailer history and determine needed maintenance.
- Promote the sales of labour, parts, and service packages with AutoQuest customers to build existing and new business.
- Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate for customers and manufacturers.
- Maintain contact with customers throughout the service/repair process, including service updates, advising of additional recommendations, all charges, completed work, and booking follow-up or maintenance appointments.
- Oversee delivery of trailers to customer post service.
- Submit warranty claims to trailer manufacturers.
- Maintain, order, and receive stock of trailer parts and accessories.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Valid MB driver's license.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management.
- Computer skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Be committed to long term employment with potential for growth.
- Reliable transportation.
- Criminal Record Check.
- Professional in appearance.
