We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team of independent contacting agents as a Bilingual English and French Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position open to candidates located in any province in Canada.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, product support, and issue resolution
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes
Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to actively listen to customer concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
