Breama Inc. is looking to add an extremely productive and well-organized administrative assistant to our team. The perfect applicant will be detail oriented, meticulous, have great communication skills, and be able to multitask in a hectic setting. You will be essential to the company's operations as an administrative assistant, helping different departments with their administrative needs. This is an entry level position with room for growth.
Pay: 26$ an hour, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist Managers with special projects
- Updating information
- Faxes, mail, scanning, and copying
- Process client correspondence
- Cover reception area and answer calls
- Calendaring appointments
- Prioritizes workload in an efficient and effective manner
Requirements: Prior administrative experience, computer literate, punctual, professional and reliable and able to work with little supervision.
