4D Farms Ltd, a family-owned and operated grain/oilseed and laying hen operation, is seeking a dedicated full-time permanent employee to join our team.
Position: Farm Labourer
Location: 10 minutes west of the Perimeter and McGillivray Blvd
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Wage: $23/hr

Responsibilities:
 Daily operations in the laying hen facility, including gathering eggs and cleaning barn.
 Yard care/maintenance to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the farm.
 Operating farm equipment such as trucks and tractors for various tasks.
 Building and equipment maintenance to uphold farm infrastructure.

Requirements:
 Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
 Ability to work flexible hours, including longer hours during busy seasons.
 Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
 Drive to learn and adapt to various tasks within a diverse farm operation.
