Duties:

Generates leads for potential sales opportunities.
Client contact and relationship management
Actively recruiting, screening, sourcing and booking candidates for interviews Matching candidates to open positions and presenting candidates with job opportunities
Executes on assigned tactical plan associated to the Business/Market Plan and formulates specific customer approaches in order to earn the customer's business.
Guides, assists and supports in the development and implementation of sales strategies to generate new business; Coaches & monitors the sales opportunity

Qualifications:
Min of 1 year sales/recruiting experience

Excellent communication, business development and customer service skills, including telephone manner
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests, Excellent organization and time
management skills
Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
