We are looking for a Foreman to join our team! Thunderbladez Lawn & Snow Ltd. is looking for a Foreman to supervise our year-round operations for our Commercial Customers. Our customers are long standing 10 years where winter, spring, summer and fall services are provided including but not limited to Snow Removal Sidewalk and Parking Lots, Bulk Truck Sanding, Spring Clean-Ups including Parking Lot Sweeping, Lawn Clean-Ups, Summer Services of Lawn care, landscaping, tree services, fall clean-up.

This is a permanent full-time position that is based on $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience plus a full matching RRSP Benefit Package and Annual Company Deferred Bonus Plan. WCB coverage and General Liability Insurance in place.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Regular Alberta Class 5 Drivers License
No Suspensions
No More than 3 minor moving violations
No GDL
Previous Insurance History (must have own personal vehicle with insurance history)
Personal & Reliable Transportation to get to and from Shop Location
Mechanically Inclined
Able to tow bumper pull trailers with equipment 20' plus in length
Operate half and 3/4 ton pick-up trucks
Physically Fit and able to lift 75lbs.
Hardworking with excellent work ethic
Fast Paced Environment
Customer Relations in dealing with both clients, property managers and employees
Outdoor Work, must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time
General Administration - Microsoft Excel, Word
Organized
Multi-Task
Willing to Train the right applicant
Good verbal and written communication skills
