Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through direct interaction with potential clients in residential areas. This position offers the opportunity for uncapped earnings through a 100% commission-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities:
* Daily door-to-door sales, Monday to Friday

* Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers within designated territories.

* Close sales and achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.


Requirements:
* Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred but not required.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Must possess a positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, work is around entire Niagara Region
