Job Description:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for various bookkeeping tasks and office administration duties within the company. They will be expected to have knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, accounting software such as Sage 50 or Simply Accounting, and general office administration. The Bookkeeper's main responsibilities will include:

Handling accounts payable and receivable
Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy
Preparing and processing invoices
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting with payroll processing
Managing financial transactions and data entry
Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting tasks
Preparing financial statements and reports
Performing general office administration tasks as required
Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50 or Simply Accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:

2-5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
