Responsibilities:
Source and maintain a pipeline of industry qualified customers through a variety of sourcing channels, and headhunting strategies as needed
Build key relationships and trust with hiring managers of the potential customers to understand their current and future hiring needs, promoting the use of talent acquisition strategies
Assist with full cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions while working directly with the hiring manager
Provide an excellent experience for both hiring manager and candidate
Establish and maintain relationships with various prospective customers
Work with various companies to develop job opportunity
Work with managers to review customers profiles and qualifications
Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule interviews
Assist with job offers, including negotiating salary, benefits, and terms of employment
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of relevant post-secondary education in an accredited institution
Canadian Citizen or PR
Experience: Ideal candidate has a minimum two (2) years working experience
Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
Working Conditions:
Required to handle confidential information
Working with firm deadlines
Skills and Abilities:
Strong communicator
Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Able to stay focused and work independently
Excellent at collaborating with others in an interdisciplinary team environment
Professional, friendly and approachable
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with awareness of surroundings
