I'm here to share a way of thinking with you, that the industry consistently fails to educate us on.

A Diet = A way of living (In Latin)

Now why don't these diets work long term:
Keto diet, Carb cycling, Carnivore diet, Low carb diets... and many more strange ones out there.

The reason is these "diets" are not a solution to a long term formula. Why? Because they are not truly connected to our "Why." They are superficial targets. They will allow us to lose some weight, only to regain the weight later. Why? Because we aren't dealing with the real issue, building a "Lifestyle" you're proud of.

The way we consume food, the way we spend our hard earned dollars, the people we choose to spend our time with, are all a representations of how we view ourselves and our own self esteem / self value.

If we really appreciated who we were, why would we commit actions that go against the things we really want to do?

The truth is we all have the voice inside that wishes we took better care of ourselves, for ourselves. Let this be my message to you, that you deserve a beautiful life, and everyday you wake up, there is a new chance to do so.
