We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practice Nurse in good standing with the CNO to join our family physician's clinic. You will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work alongside another RPN.

- No weekends

- No evenings

- Friday is a half-day

```Responsibilities```

- Assessing patient health conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions

- Administering medications, vaccinations and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

-Experience working with electronic medical records will be an added benefit but not a must, you will be trained.

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to take initiative and adjust to new or unexpected events.

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
