Production manufacturing facility specializing in prefabricated wood wall panels urgently hiring in Chilliwack BC. We are looking for 7 people to join the team. Minimum required experience is 2 years in the BC construction industry, preferably in wood structure framing or carpentry. Candidates will be selected based on experience.

On the job training; Pro-Fit is implementing a new training program at the request of current and past employees. Each new candidate will shadow senior PFS team members and have the opportunity to learn most positions in the facility before being placed in a permanent position based on production requirements and assessed skill sets.

Medical and dental benefits to be provided for proven individuals within 6-12 months of proven strong attendance and aptitude in the designated positions.

Opportunities to become table leads or shift supervisors available as we will be incorporating a future evening shift.

Assets Desired;
- On site framing experience
- Construction experience (2 years)
- Own tool belt with hammer/tape/nail pull
- Proven experience with nailers and saws
- Ability to show up for regular monday to friday shifts.
- Ability to commute to factory location reliably

Wage based on experience $20-$27 per hour plus standard overtime plus night shift bonus if selected.
