Shared laundry and shared kitchen. Everything is included: gas, internet, Nettflix, Disney Plus, power, water, and garbage disposal.
Shared full bath, shared half bath, two level appartment. Pets are allowed and I have my cat in the house. However, the landlord has decided no more cats, but dogs within a certain size are allowed. They do ask for a $200 non-refundable deposit with an additional $15 per month if you do have an animal and would like to bring them with you. This should be ok but you would be responsible for both of those payments. I work one week on, one week off, out of town, so my son will be here with a sitter. The sitter will be staying in my room when I am on my work week . If you have any questions, please let me know
