I am looking for an employee to help with my window/eaves trough cleaning business and lawn aeration business. The season starts in April and ends in December (because it is seasonal start and end times depend on weather). However, if you are a student please read on and apply if you will provide value to my team during your summer break. It is outdoor work mostly and some days are long hours but some days are pretty laid back. I've grown this company for the last 13 years to a point that I have created a schedule comprised of mostly awesome customers. I am looking for an awesome human to help our small team.

Below I will list what I'm looking for. I am looking for:

- reliability (show up on time with a good attitude and try your best everyday) - fun to work with (we will be spending a lot of time together) - drivers license a bonus* - willing to be flexible (we clean windows in and out, eaves troughs, and do lawn aeration) - willing to work with a 24 foot extension ladder a bonus* -can work long hours outdoors -it's a physical job so keep that in mind - extreme attention to detail (if you're not willing to take direction or criticism to ensure perfect quality, maybe a different job would be best for you) -under 30 years of age (I'm receiving a bursary for this position)

I like to create win win win situations, for my customers who choose our above average service and commitment, for my team who are paid well and feel a sense of accomplishment after every job, and finally for me who works with a team that I enjoy working with.

Pay is $20/hr minimum plus tips and sometimes we get food at customers' houses.
