Role Description

This is a full-time remote role designed for an experienced freight broker. The agent will be responsible for negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, tracking and tracing freight movements, and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and actively seeking new business opportunities.


Qualifications

Transferrable book of business (required)
Experience as a cradle to grave logistics broker.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with transportation management systems and logistics software.
Ability to work independently.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
