Duties include greeting customers in person and on the phone; creating work orders; using e-mail and fax to communicate with customers, vendors, and insurance companies. Must have an excellent command of written and oral English and clear hand-writing. Must follow protocols for completing claims and maintaining customer files. It is preferred that successful candidate has experience with filing, parts ordering, be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be punctual, reliable and professional.
