The ideal tenant is a mature, quiet, responsible, and neat professional with stable income. The rest of the main floor, including an open concept kitchen, a living room, dining room and the balcony, is shareable with one other occupant and my family.

The listed rent includes utilities, the Internet, laundry and indoor parking.

This room is suitable for one single person. I am currently not renting to a couple or a family. There will mostly be one other occupant in the house. My family will spend some weekends and vacation here at the basement from time to time.

A complete application package should include:
1. an employment letter and pay stubs from your current employer,
2. two references of your previous landlords,
3. rent payments for the first and last months,
4. a credit report,
5. Key deposit $50 including garage door remote and house keys. The $50 will be returned to you upon full return of the keys.
