Sushi Chef:
_Follow recipes to make sasimi,nigiri sushi and sushi roll.
_Ingredient preparation.
_Maintain clean working environment.
Line Cook:
_Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
_Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
_Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
_Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
_Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
_Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
Dishwasher:
_Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed
_Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
_Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
_Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Full-time hours: 30-40 per week
Experience:
• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Food Safe, Food Handler or equivalent
