I'm a gigging solo acoustic musician who needs a rehearsal space where I can store and leave my equipment hooked up and ready to go when I rehearse my sets.

It needs to be secure and accessible anytime in the day (from 8am - 6pm) where noise is not a factor for neighbours or anyone.

I'm willing to pay from $600-$800 monthly all inclusive.

The space does not need a washroom but that would be a bonus. Needs to be heated, insulated and powered; approximately the size of a single car garage or larger.

Looking for something immediately and can pay first and last months if required.
