Looking for a personal support worker.
I am a high functioning 30 year old male with Cerebral Palsy. I live in Manotick, just off of Prince of Wales Drive. I am in a motorized wheelchair, sometimes I use a walker, and I use a surface pro to communicate. I need help with dressing, feeding/meal prep, assistance in the washroom, personal hygiene, and transportation (I have my own vehicle) including going to appointments and recreational activities.
Hours:
Monday to Friday.
Hours will be variable depending on the weather and activity.
Winter:
10AM-2PM
Summer:
Rainy days: 10AM-2PM or shorter
Nice summer days: will be 3 or 2 split shifts, 10AM-11:30, 2:30-3 and then 6pm-7 or later. If possible.
Hours can be discussed during the interview.
