Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience store during their assigned shifts. Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries.
• Supervise and support store staff, including training and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and other key metrics.
• Enforce security measures and loss prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotions and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
