Description du poste : Support administratif aux conseillers en investissement et aux conseillers associés dans la succursale.
Accueillir et recevoir les clients à la réception.
Préparer, soumettre et suivre les virements bancaires et autres opérations financières.
Doit être bilingue avec une connaissance de Microsoft Office 360.
Toute expérience dans l'industrie financière est un atout. Y compris le CSC, l'assurance de l'AMF, les banques.

Job description: Administrative support to Investments Advisors, and associate advisors in the branch.
Greet and host clients upon reception.
Prepare, submit, follow up on bank transfers and other financial institutions.
Must be billingual with knowledge of Microsoft Office 360.
Any experience with the financial industry is a plus. Including CSC , AMF insurance, Banks.
