Looking for a part-time Real Estate Administrator. The primary duties are to provide support for the branch's agents, clients, management and peers. The Real Estate Administrator(s) are responsible for ensuring all front desk operations are functioning efficiently. Some duties include but are not limited to:
• Manage day to day operations
• Reception; answer phone, confirm/cancel appointments, take down messages using internal messaging system
• Prepare offers, waivers, amendments, and other related forms for agents
• Input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
• Assist agents with requests (bookings, printing, photocopying)
• Help draft letters and other documents
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum high school education (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year working experience in office administration and/or real estate administration
• Excellent organization & time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Adaptable
• Customer service skills and etiquette
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and internet
• Familiar using TRREB, Broker Bay, WEBForms, Skyslope, Authentisign would be an asset
